Lisa has grown up in marketing and worked her way up at PMA. Lisa started in her teens as the PMA janitor and after college she began working in the data processing department. She helped implement PMA’s network and variable data software in the early 90’s. After 7 years of data processing Lisa went out on her own and became a successful Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Performance Plus. She was the managing broker in Federal Way for 2 years and brought in her husband Joe as her partner to run their real estate business. Joe & Lisa now own their own real estate brokerage, People's Real Estate, Inc. and Lisa helps market their listings and services through PMA. With the experience of being self employed and managing 25 agents she has developed the skills needed to take over the family business. Now as the president & owner of PMA, Lisa manages the 16 employees, builds client relationships, and manages the day to day operation of the corporation. Lisa is a former board member of the Seattle Direct Marketing Association (SDMA) and is a member of the Northwest Development Officers Association (NDOA). Lisa thanks God everyday for the blessing she’s received and is truly enjoying working side by side with her father, Len Thomas, PMA Founder.
Len founded PMA in Ballard in 1983. His Over 40 Years of experience in all aspects of direct marketing has made and kept PMA a solid direct marketing partner. Len’s expertise comes from a solid background in printing, mailing and marketing. 1965 – 1969 U.S. Air Force, Air / Sea Rescue; NASA Space Recovery Team
For the past twenty three years, Dan has been a “hands on” solutions provider in the printing, mailing and fulfillment industry as well as owning and operating two of his own businesses. He has extensive experience with estimating, scheduling, project management, supervising multi-shift production crews and preventative machine maintenance. Dan is a self-starter who has been recognized for striving for perfection in every task he takes on. Dan pays particular attention to details and completes projects within the strictest deadline requirements. Dan is extremely energetic, outgoing and positive. His motivation, determination and the willingness to succeed prove to be a perfect fit for PMA.

Gregg is a data sponge. He sees and manipulates data like no one else. Gregg was the founder and owner of NW Dataview in the early 80’s. Gregg pioneered variable data processing in the Puget Sound area.. In the late 1990’s NW Dataview and PMA merged to create a stronger more robust data processing department. Gregg has been continuing his education to stay on top of the latest technology and to obtain some well deserved degrees.
