Rob Flynn

Business Development

Rob’s entire career has been focused around the print and graphics industry. After graduating with a BA in Fine Art he spent the next eight years designing for several weekly, monthly, and annual publications. With the introduction of desktop publishing, Rob immediately embraced the new technology and expanded his skills to include purchasing, planning, estimating, and systems administration. Rob eventually discovered a passion for establishing and building long-standing partnerships. During this chapter in his career he received training in traditional business forms printing along with business papers, marketing materials and inventory management. As the industry evolved Rob’s expertise continued to grow to include color commercial printing, direct marketing and data management. Today Rob still enjoys the challenges, the relationships, and the thrill of emerging trends. 

Dan Minga

Vice President of Operations

For thirty-plus years, Dan has been a hands-on solutions provider in the print, mail and fulfillment industry. He began his career as the “clean-up kid” and held positions of Apprentice Bookbinder, Journeyman Bookbinder, Production Foreman/Manager, Operations Manager, and most recently as VP of Operations for PMA. He has extensive experience with estimating, scheduling, and project management. A self-starter who has been recognized for striving for perfection in every task he takes on, he excels at building highly functional teams and keeping his people well-trained and motivated. Dan pays particular attention to details and completes projects within the strictest deadline requirements. Dan is extremely energetic, outgoing and positive. He remains as motivated and determined today as he was when he began his career. This is apparent in his life long quest to visit all of the Major League Baseball stadiums. So far, he’s visited 21... and counting. 

Jeremy Rose

Business Development

Born and raised in the Seattle area, Jeremy comes to PMA with 8 years in retail specializing in client relations and operations management. Armed with a BA in Anthropology from Western Washington University, Jeremy is passionate about learning where people come from and
how cultural impacts shape who they are. He enjoys the process of turning an idea into tangible outreach for like-minded visionaries. His approach is analytical, and he loves collaborating with clients and colleagues to create high-quality print that propels business forward in a digitally desensitized world. Jeremy is an avid concert goer, with a love for the outdoors and sports. His passion for understanding people and competitive nature, make him a great fit for PMA.

Our employees have an average of 25+ years of industry experience, that when applied to your projects, increases the speed, quality, and awesomeness.

The PMA team is responsive, helpful and easy to work with. We collaborate with you to develop printed pieces designed to get results. We take on every project with the intent of making it awesome, saving you time, money and eliminating stress. Our extensive data processing center is complimented by digital black and white and full color presses, and bindery equipment. In addition, we offer assembly and fulfillment services.
