The PMA team is responsive, helpful and easy to work with. We collaborate with you to develop printed pieces designed to get results. We take on every project with the intent of making it awesome, saving you time, money and eliminating stress. Our extensive data processing center is complimented by digital black and white and full color presses, and bindery equipment. In addition, we offer assembly and fulfillment services.

MEET OUR PEOPLE
Todd Husman
Todd Husman started in the printing industry as a delivery driver in 1989, working up through the ranks starting with bindery, prepress/art/stripping/ various offset presses, letterpress; finally taking the position of Production Manager. Moving to Seattle in 2005, he took on the role of Plant Manager for Quality Press.
In February of 2023, Todd transferred to PMA as General Manager, taking on the challenge of combining the services of three facilities under one roof. His organizational skills and ability to adapt to any situation make him uniquely suited to this task.
In his spare time, he enjoys racing, fabrication of all things "cool" and spending time with Ollie, the amazing wonder dog.
Lisa Thompson
Lisa Thompson is an accomplished Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of success in planning, analyzing, and executing client projects to completion. With a meticulous attention to detail and a keen analytical mind, Lisa excels in crafting comprehensive project plans, identifying risks, and driving informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
She is a skilled leader who fosters open communication and collaboration within her team, ensuring efficient and precise execution of tasks. Lisa's commitment to keeping client expectations at the forefront of her leadership is unmatched, resulting in strong and lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction. In the fast-paced world of project management, Lisa Thompson is a trusted advisor and a beacon of excellence.
When Lisa is not working, she enjoys the outdoors, basketball with her son, and spending time with her three grandchildren.
Nathan Grapes
As parents of four boys, Nathan and his wife have faced several challenges over the years and are currently raising their granddaughter. There is nothing that he would not do for his family, no matter the difficulty. His family taught him why all the above matters.
When Nathan started his bulk mailing and direct marketing company, Grapes 2 press, LLC, 21 years ago, it was an easy thing for him to transfer his core beliefs about family into customer service.
Honesty, integrity and gratitude are what Nathan offers his family and customers. Over the years and through many difficulties, those core values have never been lost on him. Owning his own business taught him the value of excellent customer service and Nathan's goal is to meet your needs and exceed your expectations, a philosophy he has embraced his entire adult life.
Rhonda Herman
Bringing 20 years of combined work history to Lacy & Par in 2003, Rhonda started as a direct mail CSR, working her way up to General Manager. Her previous experience in the mailing business was enhanced by working with the owners and speaking with the machine operators to learn about our equipment’s capabilities. She continues to bring this initiative and enthusiasm for Project Management and Sales to the PMA team.
As a military spouse 12 of those years, Rhonda gained vast knowledge and experience personally and professionally from working within the USA and abroad. While raising four children, she attended college to enhance her career and provide for her family.
Rhonda attended years of USPS Postal Service meetings that covered the different types of mailings, and new and improved strategies. Studying the USPS massive Quick Service Guide, Rhonda has worked with many USPS experts on mail piece designs to assure all client drafts meet USPS regulations; resulting in the savings of hundreds of dollars in printing and postage for her clients.
Rhonda's overall experience, plus attention to detail has assured clients’ projects are mailed out right and on time; an accomplishment that gives her a great sense of pride.
Emily Bost
Emily started in the mailing industry in January of 2023. While newer to the industry, she has become an integral part of the PMA team with a primary focus on client satisfaction. She prides herself on her attention to detail, her ability to perform under pressure, and her eagerness to learn new things.
Emily is eager to offer assistance where ever she's needed; be it with the accounting team, working with Rhonda Herman and Lisa Thompson assisting with project management, or working with fellow team members on the production floor.
Emily moved to the Seattle area in December of 2022 from Arkansas, and currently resides in Kent with her partner and their 6-year-old daughter. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her daughter, spending time with friends, exploring the PNW, and a good nap whenever she can fit one in.
